The family are currently working on collecting contact details to put together a ‘digital memorial’ for Matt’s family when he passes.

The family doesn’t need any assistance at this time.
Please don’t feel the need to send cards or flowers. We would rather that when he passes a donation is made in Matt’s memory to his preferred charity which is Stonewall.
